This privacy policy covers this website, guestjourney.ai. It is short because the website does little with your data.
Who we are
This website is run by The Journey Collective LTD. Questions about your data: email [email protected].
What we collect
What you send us through the demo form: your email address and the name of your hotel. With it we store the language of the page, the page you were on, the country your request came from and your browser type, so we know how to reply.
We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser and does not follow you across sites. It records which page was visited, the site you came from, your country, your browser type and how fast the page loaded.
Why, and for how long
To plan a demo with you and talk about the helpers for your hotel. We keep your details as long as that conversation needs them, and delete them when you ask us to. The visit counts only tell us how the website is used.
Where it is kept
The website runs on Cloudflare. Form entries are stored in Cloudflare's storage and sent to our own mailbox. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. The only thing it keeps in your browser is the language you chose, in your browser's local storage, so the site opens in that language next time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one business day. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
The helpers themselves
Once your hotel uses the helpers, they process data for you, for example the Google reviews Marco answers and the questions guests ask Sam. That is set out in our agreement with you, not in this statement.
