Questions about the price
What does it cost for my hotel?
Up to 20 rooms: €79 a month for one helper, €149 for the whole team. 21 to 60 rooms: €129 or €249. 61 to 150 rooms: €199 or €399. More than 150 rooms: we agree it in the demo. Prices exclude VAT.
Why does the price depend on the number of rooms?
A bigger hotel gets more reviews and more questions in the chat, so there is more work for the helpers. Within your size there is nothing to count: no sum per review, per update or per chat.
Can I start with one helper?
Yes. Pick the job that annoys you most. A new helper starts switched off on purpose, so nothing happens in your name before you say so.
And if I want a second helper?
Then you move to the whole team. That is the only step up: there is no plan with two or three helpers, so you never add up helpers one by one.
Is there a contract?
No. No minimum term, no notice period.
What is not included?
Anything the helpers do not do: replies on Booking.com, Tripadvisor or Expedia, offer posts on Google, bookings and availability, and posting to social media. Everything described on the helper pages is part of that helper.
