How we compare
An honest comparison, including where we lose.
A hotel does not compare us with a chat window. It compares us with the tools it already knows: a reputation tool, a hotel chatbot, a web agency. So this is our comparison with those, per kind of tool, including where we lose.

Per kind of tool, not per brand. What a specific product does, it says best itself.
Against a reputation tool
A reputation tool gathers your reviews from many sites in one dashboard, often with reply suggestions and reports. That is more than we do: Marco only answers Google reviews. What you get from us instead is the reply itself, in your voice and in the guest's language, approved from WhatsApp, plus three other jobs done.
Against a hotel chatbot
A hotel chatbot answers guests on your site, and many can book a room right in the chat. Sam cannot: he answers questions and sends guests to your own booking page. What Sam has instead is a clear line: group prices, complaints and anything that commits you always go to you, and your answer goes back to the guest.
Against a web agency
A good web agency designs a better site than we ever will, and rebuilds it when you want something new. The small, constant changes are a different job: the breakfast time, a new photo, a line about parking. Wes does those when you ask, and points your Book button at your own booking engine.
Against doing nothing
Doing nothing is free, and it is what most hotels pick. The cost is invisible: reviews nobody answered, a Google profile that looks forgotten, a website with last season's times, and a guest who booked through a booking site because your own page looked less cared for. You never see the guest you lost.
